Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by 67pk may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 67pk. Operating multiple Accounts, whether in the same name or using different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.
When registering a 67pk Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without refund of deposited funds.

All 67pk Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 67pk reserves the right to apply a reasonable processing spread on cryptocurrency conversions, details of which are available in the Cashier section of your Account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. 67pk reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of PKR 200 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) to dormant Accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied, providing an opportunity to reactivate the Account.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account carry a Wagering Requirement. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Bonus Funds that are not activated or wagered within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account balance without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of applicable bonus expiry dates.

All Bets placed on 67pk are subject to acceptance by the platform. 67pk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its absolute discretion, including where: the Bet was placed at an erroneous price resulting from a technical error; the outcome of the event was already known at the time the Bet was placed; suspicious betting patterns are identified; or the Bet would result in a liability that exceeds 67pk's risk management parameters.
Where a Bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error — 67pk reserves the right to void the Bet or settle it at the correct odds that would have applied absent the error. 67pk will notify affected Players of any such voiding or correction via Account notification or email.
67pk is not responsible for any losses, missed Bets, or gaming session interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the Player's side, device malfunctions, or power outages. In the event of a verified server-side technical fault that materially disrupts a game session, 67pk will make reasonable efforts to restore the Player's position to the state immediately prior to the fault occurring.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 67pk's liability for death or personal injury caused by 67pk's own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The 67pk platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 67pk does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via platform announcements where reasonably practicable.
67pk reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Player's Account at any time and without prior notice where: a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; suspicious account activity, payment fraud, or money laundering is suspected; a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is active; or any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement necessitates such action.
67pk may terminate a Player's Account permanently with written notice (including by email) where: a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed; the Player has been permanently self-excluded; the Player's jurisdiction becomes a Restricted Jurisdiction; or 67pk decides to cease operations or withdraw services from a particular market. Upon lawful termination, any remaining Real Funds balance (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player via a supported payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may close their 67pk Account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned via the Player's most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
